David went above and beyond every step of the way, from prompt responses to my many questions and contract negotiation, through the closing on my house he sold and the one I bought with his help and oh so many steps between. I'm quite sure David did much more than what is expected of a realtor. He was so helpful in the ancillary areas of selling and purchasing, assisting with finding the best lenders, inspectors, and more. If there was an issue, David found a solution. One of the things I am most appreciative is his incredible patience. I was not the easiet of clients. Honestly, I think he has a super power when it comes to dealing with difficult people. I wish him all the best and easier clients in the future! :)
From Day 1 of house hunting David was so tentative to our needs .
We felt so comfortable opening up to him . He made us feel as if we were his only clients ,always answering questions with text and calls so promptly.
